We kindly ask guests to inform us in advance of their arrival time in order to organize the welcome in the best possible way. In the absence of such communication, guests will be received during the scheduled hours.
To speed up departures, payment for any extras may be settled the evening before.
Late Check-in, Early Check-in, Early Check-out: available with at least 48 hours’ notice.

SUPPLEMENTS
Late check-in (after 8:00 PM): €40.00 until 10:00 PM; from 10:00 PM onward €30.00 per hour.
Early check-in (from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM): €60.00, upon prior notice and subject to availability;
Early check-out (departure before 10:00 AM): at least 48 hours’ notice is required, as well as payment of extras the day before departure.

NO CHILD-FRIENDLY FACILITIES AVAILABLE
La Dolce Vita in Tropea is reserved exclusively for guests aged 14 and over.

ZTL
As it is located in the very center of Tropea, La Dolce Vita is situated within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), where access by car is prohibited. Please note that entering the ZTL is subject to a fine of approximately €80.00.

PARKING
About 500 meters from the property, a private paid parking facility is available through an agreement. Availability must be requested from the property (at least 48 hours in advance), after which confirmation will be provided.
All streets bordering the ZTL offer paid parking (blue lines). A large public paid parking area is located in Largo Grimaldi or on Via Pietro Ruffo di Calabria, near the train station.

TRANSFER
Upon request, it is possible to reach the property via a transfer service from the affiliated parking area. The transfer service is provided by a third party, subject to availability and upon request, and is chargeable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
The property staff is available to arrange transfers to/from Lamezia Terme Airport or to other destinations (for a fee and with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice).

ELEVATOR
La Dolce Vita in Tropea does not have an elevator.

ACCESSIBILITY
Rooms located on the raised first floor are accessible via the main stairway. Rooms located on the third floor are accessible via the same stairway, whose final flight is a narrow, ancient wooden staircase of the historic Palazzo Barone.

PETS
We kindly inform guests that pets are not allowed on the premises.

CITY TAX
Guests are required to pay a city tax of €2.00 per person per day.

INVOICE REQUEST
If an invoice is required, it must be requested at the time of booking confirmation and will be issued at check-out, or sent by email within 10 days after check-out.

NOTES
Any intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking.
For security reasons, La Dolce Vita in Tropea is equipped with video surveillance in common areas; a consent form will be required at check-in.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to present a valid identity document.

PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Please note that the full amount for the booked stay will be charged even if it is not fully used, due to late arrival or early departure.
